For Whom
This program is for people who have attended the introductory course and are, (1) involved with the day-to-day management of their projects, (2) have responsibility for supervising people, and (3) report to clients and senior management.
Course Objectives
The objective of the program is to improve participants' skills in Project Management by reinforcing their basic project management knowledge and introducing the four facilitating knowledge areas. At the end of the program, participants are expected to understand fully, the human resources and people management areas of Project Management.
